"KanizsApp" city marketing mobile application was launched in 2020.

 

We have placed several information interfaces in the app. Users can read about the history of the city as well as local sights and attractions. And city management can communicate with users in real time through push messages and current news in a constantly updated feed.

The most fun feature of the app is Augmented Reality. The technology brings to life the Music Pavilion, which adorns the city’s main square. Users can watch music and dance shows by local performers in the Augmented Reality and play melodies themselves using their mobile screens.

In addition, the app invites users to a virtual tour of the city’s three attractions. During the three-dimensional tour users can "visit" the György Thúry Museum, the St. Joseph's Plenary, and the Nagykanizsa Synagogue.
